Individual Personal Training

I will develop an individual progressive training programme suitable for your needs and goals. The programme will be changed at appropriate intervals as and when your body requires a new challenge so that you keep making improvements.

Along with the training provided, you will receive regular information on your diet and nutrition which will make your training more beneficial and help achieve your goals.

  • 1 Session (1 hour) - £35.00
  • 8 sessions - £255.00
  • 12 sessions - £350.00
