21 Minute home work out

Give this a go, no equipment needed:

AMRAPS (as many rounds as possible)

7 Minutes in total each round:

10 press ups

20 walking lunges

30 squat jumps

Keep repeating till the 7 minutes is done then move onto the next set

5 press ups (on a step) then box jump onto the bottom step making sure you squat deep

10 butterfly crunches

15 step ups with knee lift Complete for 7 minutes then move onto next set:

10 mountain climbers

20 split squats

30 high knees
